Vertical Broomstick Skirt #2150 from Silhouette Patterns
This skirt is made up of 12 panels of lightweight fabric, that is gathered into a waistband. Skirt fullness is twice the length of the waistband. Two rows of elastic are inserted into the waistband channels, giving a wide elastic band of 2". You can then pleat the skirt yourself by soaking it, twisting it and leaving it to dry inside the leg of panty hose. Or have the skirt pleated professionally.
